I have to laugh. The gloom and doom surrounding that PR is just ridiculous. We all knew they had debt and litigation and that it was affecting the release of the financials.
The 14C is most likely an increase in AS to pay off debt. I have posted here before that paying off debt trumps the increase in AS. If they eventually do a RS which I suspect will be a long way off...it will be because the pps can sustain the increase that will result. Right now that is not the case.
Also...it was just signed. It will be weeks before there is any affect on the pps. In the meantime, more PRs will be released spelling out the details of each issue.
It is so obvious the ppl that are flipping this stock and are saying it is going to one tomorrow. Why??? Because they finally put in writing what we already knew?
If anyone doesn't realize that this is being done on purpose to create fake panic and buy more shares at one then I really don't know what to say.
Let's see what happens this week and the details that come out before we jump off the 4th floor of the nearest building. Jeezus!
