Of course it says A/S before and after the Change.
Big difference in changing Cuspid number versus the actual split.
Before and after Cuspid change would still be 2,010,000,000.

The comes the 25.1 for 1 split.
That will be when there is an actual change in the number of common and preferred shares.
Look at Paragraph with the Number 5 designation.
It says the new number of O/S shares would be 79,522,692
2,010,000,000 divided by 25.1 = 79,522,692.
That would also be the new number of A/S NTEK shares available.
The new Price Per share would be roughly $.09 Cents per share
What will the "NAKED" shorts do?
Panic and File bankruptcy?
No way to cover!
