When the EBT cards stop working and panic ensues in the FSA , the people that will prevail will be the ones that are hard targets with multiple defenses. I am now talking with a developer to promote a Hard Target Subdivision. Ten inch concrete walls and windows at aminimum of five feet above outdoor grade. Community gardens and instead of tennis and swimming we will have a indoor gun range.
