There is NO indication, no reasonable inference can be made, that Clinton wants to repeal the 2nd Amendment.
It was simple if, then statement. She then discussed rights that are also 'regulated'. So it was rhetorical 'if' '.
Gun manufacture liability is a complex issue worth debating.
Repeal is a 'wet dream' that the NRA uses to gin up contributions from it's more credulous, most easily frightened members.
