Coujoe - i am not referring to iGlow or anyone else singularly as far as being "intelligent" but the design and intent of the system in general. Whether iGlow is a pawn or one of many aliases a single person uses to confuse, slander, obfuscate, etc is somewhat besides the point. For most of these - it isnt personal. It is business. Nothing more and nothing less. They use every emotion and tactic at their disposal to maximize profits on conversions and shortings. For the companies and founders - it is very personal. But the bashers rarely see it as personal - just a means to the end.
To really "beat them" at the highly manipulated game, you must get potential investors (nor necessarily traders) to forums such as this where there is a wealth of information for new investors to start the DD process and engage in discussion. Since iLie is geared towards short term traders - it is difficult but not impossible. I think $HJOE is doing a good job with occasional SM posts direfting interested investors to this forum. In my experience - peopke like iGlow have multiple aliases with numerous personalities and can go from the insulting, condescending asshat to the "buddy" personality that builds rapport before slowly injecting doubt and concern.
I am not expecting much from the 16th trial date but maybe we get a welcome surprise. If judge makes strong statements against continuance there may be a more aggressive approach to settlement. Again, I'm not expecting much but a TRO against conversions would certainly be very positive.
