I didn't see a response in the docs. Kyle can leak information about a helper, so he can provide a response to his helpers here.
But you fail to understand what the issue is. DeBry was not assigned to the project. Sinclair was. Mary's responsible for overseeing compliance.
If I file for permits our plumber, electrician, and HVAC contractors generally have to obtain a permit under mine. Other plumbers, regardless of their reputation have no business working on our project. Sinclair is to do the archaeological work and report to the FBAR, not DeBry, regardless of what Kyle's response may or may not have been.
I understand carrying Kyle's water is burdensome, but the permit requires they follow the statutes.
