yep it's true.
SEC came out with a few questions 2 days before the deadline and management could not get the answer back to the SEC in that timeframe.
therefore, they filed to withdraw form 10 and refile form 10 when they get the information that the SEC wants.
hope it wasn't a case where they rushed into the initial filing without having all of their ducks lined up. hope that this doesn't happen upon refiling.
since RMHB management hasn't done this before, it's going to be a learning curve all the way thru.
