LOL...Well what it appears to be saying is that they need to file a 10Q from the point of the last fiscal year....Aug 31, 2015 to the beginning of the new fiscal year...Jan 1 2016.
If that is the case then I wonder why they filed a Q for Sept to Nov. Seems like a waste of time since they will need to add December and file those months again.
Maybe...just guessing...is they wanted to get something done for investors so they put out the unaudited Q for Sept to Nov.
If they do have to file a Q for Sept to Dec, it will need to be audited.
