* Follow Up to IR Phone Conversation...
For what ever reason IR had sought to speak with me on a singular basis as opposed to "my" suggestion of a Conference Call. I did contact IR and a time was arranged for Thursday 6/9 . Though it was not asked nor requested of me, I volunteered the privacy and integrity of our conversation. Upon answering the phone I spoke briefly to "muse" and was transferred to a Gentleman that was the Head of IR for TPAC. Let me state Unequivocally...I was Not told nor given Any Inside Information, Unknown News, nor Forward Announcements that have not been mentioned to date.
There was conversation as to Bills decision to bring on board IR / FR / BDG within the TPAC structure. TPAC had slide into an area known as a "Dark Company". Clearly stated TPAC was and is vastly undervalued versus what it could and should be valued at with the enormous progress and accomplishments it has achieved to date...This is no surprise as we clearly see this reflected on the pps with the steady growth only to be pulled back by negative external factors, (OTC...Think "Other boards" and factors ). With this in mind, Bill, made a wise and drastic decision to put several individual group entities together to form a team to take immediate action to re-align as necessary the overall improvement and continued forward direction of TPAC.
As I was told, IR has a team of seven people, and I was speaking to the Head of our IR. He specializes in bringing companies from the status we are currently in back in line to where they should be. He came across to me as not a sharp talker....But as an articulate, well versed and extremely experienced person that has a career of experience specifically in this field as well as extremely knowledgeable within the stock market finite mechanical intricacies.
Though he did not go specifically discuss FR nor BDG...( I had spoken to him at this point for 45 minutes...)...He was Emphatic that these other aspects of the team were in-fact put together with the "Best of the Best" Members...Almost as if it not only surprised him...but spoke of it with Pride.....That is a take away Thought......!!!!!!.....We are in Extremely Good Hands......I personally feel much more comfortable...if not in some ways.....Relieved.....
If you have this in mind...you might step back for a moment and look at the conversations, tweets on Muse. We really are already supplied more information than the majority of companies, and now with IR, we truly have not only become spoiled, but ever demanding, ( that includes myself...!!). Without pointing fingers period, but merely as an example of many instances....:
IR reports 10q is ready........Instead of being content our response becomes...What time ...???.....What Day..??...What's Included...???
Really....Seriously...????.....We Really should have been very happy that the mere fact the Filing was ready should have been sufficient period.....Which by it's self was more than any other firm would bother to release..... If they were to release a filing early that in it's self would set the precedence to move up all future filings as well.
The Bottom line for myself and I believe the solid majority of This Board is of the Mindset and continuing Belief and On-going Support for Bill and TPAC and inclusive of Bill's choice for finding the right people establishing a tremendous realignment or "Re-Construction" Team. Do not loose sight of what Bill has already achieved, NAVAIR, nor the Journey TPAC really is on and the End Goals as a Whole in this Arena we have chosen to Invest In.......... I no longer believe we are in a 5% upper echelon of World Business.........But Actually have pierced the !% of it.....!!!.... by striving to be Bills Goal of a"Premier Suppler" to AVIC and Boeing ..... for starters.......It's Pretty Hard to get Your Head Around.
I Certainly Hope 2016 will be a Great year.....and I'm sure we will have some good achievements. But in retrospect....Completely in My Own Opinion......I genuinely feel we are going to need more time and in reality with the Multi Individual International Politics TPAC both has to work into it's frame work as well as combine to sell in a World Wide Environment.....We Are going to need more time...and in that, I feel 2017 is probably our Year........Don't Loose Sight of our End Goal nor Why each of Us has Invested in TPAC........Good Luck to Us All.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
