Yeah problem with that scenario is anyone wanting to merge into a shell like BCAP with 2.3B shares in the float and OS will most definitely want to do a big reverse split so that they have a decent share structure to work with to raise capital. It's extremely doubtful that anyone merging in will do so without reverse splitting the stock and wiping out all existing shareholders in my opinion. I dumped this stock in 2014 and never rebought because I did not have any confidence in the CEO and I am very happy with my decision to do so. I do hope that there is at least one more pump left in this stock so that shareholders here can exit with as much as their capital as possible. Just trying to tell it how I see it. Best of luck to all !
