Can you explain why the FBAR doesn't know what you and others have claimed is real?
Better yet, where is the mythical agreement?
Kyle can leak what he doesn't possess, can he?
So the future Defendant inquires on Friday 8-1-14 about the permit issued. Roger Smith responds, and Mary is not only part of the draft process, the following Monday, Mary and Robert are copied on the email response to the future Defendant which includes the following statement.
After completion of this work (the permit is for three years), the permittee may apply for a Recovery Permit, which carries archaeological guidelines and requirements for treatment and conservation of artifacts, which may be periodically be divided between the permittee and this agency.

But this part of #8 is rather telling.....
A complete and thorough application is faster to process than one that is not....We expect the standard of the application requirements be met.
