As far as R/s - when done from a positon of strength/growth - they can be productive for future growth/price appreciation. Several here don't seem to understand/appreciate "overhang" relative to market cap. There are certain limitations the company will face that cant just be overcome by organic growth.
As far as buyback - with the float being relativelyrelatively tight (assumed), any appreciable buyback will quickly disrupt existing buy/sell demand and cause escalation making future shares purchased more expensive and limiting effectiveness. Company must file prior to buying back as they need to be current to file to buyback shares. There are ways this can be gotten around but in general- they need to be current. This will further limit effectiveness as filing will cause a spike assuming revenues/growth is what we are expecting. I am in the $3-5MM camp based on SMSdealer fees, product sales domestically, CK, and Canada/foreign sales. This would be a continuation of 2012 sales trend before PLN debacle.
I dont see anything significant from PLN trial/settlement but the company would be forced to keep it close to the vest based on KBM trial. I also agree KBM has significantly more to lose from lengthy trial and exposure.
$HJOE has donea solid job defending shareholders. They could have taken the TBEV route and done multiple R/s and eviscerated shareholders. I think it is clear now the SMS model has been validated and the addition of multiple product lines continue to make dealerships more valuable/attractive al9ng with driving future revenuez with multiple revenue sources. $HJOE willhave to focus on not spreading themselves too thin both from manpower and cash as they bring these all together. However, the SMS model drives significant capital and manpower demand through the dealers who all have strongly vested interests in driving all product sales forward. Tbis is an ideal situation for HJOE and SMS.
As far as iLie and iGlow - the guy is NOT an idiot. The board is VERY sophisticated in their manipulation techniques and working directly with toxic lenders and shady MMs. Best way to "defeat" them is find creative ways to steer potential investors over to this board where positive posts/rebuttals are not immediately deleted. Use of twitter, hashtags, and subtle referencez can help do so. I will leave it at that.
I am disappointed we stalled at 15/16. With a lot of heavy lifting at 13-15 - i thought we would push into low 20s and rebase
