I would think that the judge would mandate or set a time period of when they would have to file.
Scenario one: 30-60 days from settlement date. They could buy in a decent amount on the market in that time period.
Scenario two- better for us, the judge lets them file each quarter
separately and in 30-45 days of each other. That would give them
many months to buy back. the first one or two filings wont move the pps that much. ONLY 2016 last two qtrs. will
Scenario 3- that they are able to buy from the MM's a big batch of them at a premium price. Even at .0002-.0003 above mv, the MM's make out..
