What im thinking is the old CEO figured what the hell. Dilute Dilute Dilute finally Jeff shut it down. So Jeff is maxing out the old SS to square the debt and hes hitting reset. Not really a biggie. If the split is respectable, dillution is minimal and developments are substantial.
