Elizabeth Warren is preparing to launch her latest attack on Donald Trump over his comments about the judge overseeing the fraud case against Trump University, calling the presumptive GOP presidential nominee a "loud, nasty, thin-skinned fraud," according to advance excerpts obtained by ABC News of a speech she will deliver at the American Constitution Society’s National Convention in Washington, D.C., Thursday night.
