COLUMBIA STATION, OH / ACCESSWIRE / February 3, 2016 / Golden Global Corporation (OTC PINK: GLDG), along with its wholly owned subsidiary Combo Hitter, LLC., would like to update our shareholders on the progress of our company. We recognize that our progression has taken longer than management had originally expected. In order to keep our promises and commitments to our investment community, we would like to answer any questions that we have received in regards to our reporting status. Unfortunately, we have experienced a number of delays that have held up the process. The previous management team of the mining operation had difficulty cooperating with our current leadership team in their efforts to obtain financial records. We were forced to contact legal counsel both in the United States and in Canada in order to rectify that situation. On a more positive note, our efforts were successful and we were able to gather the financial records from the Canadian bank. We have since paid the auditors and accountants who are prepared to finalize the past-due reports. We have changed our transfer agent to Securities Transfer Corp and are also in the process of changing our company name and ticker symbol.
