Wife to me: "No woman would look twice at you -
unless she couldn't believe her eyes the first time."
I know a man who is so henpecked, he's still taking orders from his first wife.
There are two steps to a successful marriage:
1) Let your wife think she is having her own way.
2) Let her have her own way.
Marriage isn't a sprint, it's a marathon.
I've run a marathon, and I was glad when it was over.
A husband lays down the law to his wife,
then accepts all her amendments.
