Great post energy_wave I have copied out the link you provided because I wanted to point out how much the scumbags bashers have been LYING all this time. And what Winstoncooper, Petelongs and Momoraptor have been stating years ago has come true. The only crappy thing about all of this mess is the waiting for that truth finally to catch up to the LYING SCUMBAG BASHERS! All that waiting can be blammed at that fake silly frivolous litigation that bgl was supposedly doing all these years. It was obvious bgl was NEVER going to own nor control Cinco Minas or Gran Cabrera. It is my opinion that bgl did that on purpose cause the idiots thought they could prevent SRGE / MSJ from doing anything with the Mexican mines. Something stepped on bgl face and stopped all their nonsense! Well those scumbags lost. Longs have to be patience MSJ will come forward and announce the acquisition buyout details!

When SRGE/MSJ sorts out this mess with BGL, BGL will have to write-off its Exploration and Evaluation "assets" or Costs associated with Cinco Minas........OUCH!!!!!
That is going to be a bigtime hit!!!!
I see some problems with the Audited Financial Statements of BGL. When you have a company with no revenues (like our good friend BGL), you should note in the title of the statements and in the footnotes that it is a Development Stage company.....It should definitely be in the Auditors Report imo.
I do love the last sentence of Note 9: "Should the ruling be in favour of the defendant, the Company would be required to recognize an impairment charge on the property of for $9,924,305."

Since BGL will Win the case against the MSJ Scam ... BGL's auditor has correctly classified Cinco's costs.
