$PSGR Pershing Resources Company Inc has scheduled a proxy vote for the July shareholders meeting. MY OPINION: Pershing Resources notes in its latest Press Release that the next shareholders meeting will provide an opportunity for shareholders to preview the Pershing Resources business 'road map (my words) for the next 1 to 5 years. Apparently the management guidance for the past 20 PLUS years has not provided shareholders with anything of substance and the (ahem) NEW plan will launch the mining operations into profitability ....... or is that the Research & Development portion of the business that will show gains? The Press Release did not identify whether the mining operations will actually start producing a profitable product.. .. let's just generalize and say precious metal. Maybe the R&D portion will get yet another ALL NEW, NEVER SUCCEEDED BEFORE, WHAMMA JAMMA TECHNOLOGY that will possibly, hopefully, maybe, just might be better than the prior failures. I do not think Las Vegas would give odds on this happening. Long story short, the Press Release and the July Shareholders (proxy) Meeting in NY should be Much Ado About Nothing (thanks to Fred Allen for the words). I will be immensely surprised if anything positive AND profitable FOR ALL THE SHAREHOLDERS occurs prior to the end of 2016. If BS were a precious commodity, all long term PSGR shareholders would rank among the top 0.0001 Per Cent of the population.
