Hein Poulus, Ronald Shorr, Scott Close and Andrew Lee Smith were re-elected to the Companys Board of Directors for the ensuing year and Grant Thornton LLP were re-appointed as the Companys auditors for the 2015 fiscal year. Shareholders approved Resincos rolling incentive stock option plan. Lex Poulus, did not stand for re-election at the meeting and the Board takes this opportunity to thank him for his guidance, contribution and service while he was a director and Interim Chief Executive Officer.
