$PNOW With thousands of properties scattered throughout Central America, that are not currently listed on OTA’s such as Priceline.com and Expedia, Oveedia’s relationship with hotel service providers that assist hoteliers to optimize income (through managing their channels, social media and hotel booking engines, amongst others) ultimately helps to ensure that Oveedia’s affiliate and featured properties, prosper. Management suggests that the more affiliate hotels and regional properties listed on Oveedia.com, the more valuable Oveedia becomes to major OTAs such as Priceline.com and Expedia; whom respectively, invested $60M and $270M in smaller South American OTAs.
