Only MaxtheTurd beating the drum currently. Same idiotic blurbs he always posts. Pretty positive over there so far today. Luxe made some mention of company selling into good news to stop possible rallies, which has no merit whatsoever.
If Sullivan were to take on a case against Mako/Rosen and possibly tie up SA in it somehow, and take it on a contingency basis for 30% for a 100mm ask, how could that have effect other than a positive one for us shareholders? No cash out of our pockets. Possibly get the same judge, since she's familiar with the litigants and the issues. That could be OJesque. Strike while the iron is hot. They didn't waste any time coming after us. A Full Out Amphibious Assault with Air Cover is called for. It would certainly make other scumbag law firms think twice about filling frivolous suits against companies like ours.
