I was impressed with the clear way that she explained -- and referenced sources for -- the clinical trial process. And how she repeatedly stated that you can't use the courts to sue if medical opinions differ and you just claim that a clinical trial should be run differently. She is taking a stand for the JUDICIAL PROCESS not to be flooded with a bunch of time-wasting bogus suits.
This is in my opinion a landmark decision that will be used as a precedent in many other greenmail cases. I think she was well aware of her place in history here with this brilliantly-written, brilliantly-researched decision. And I expect to see her nominated for a federal Court of Appeals position eventually, because of THIS case. She deserves it.
