This matters and this doesn't matter. The statement about filings matters because it's true and as much of a slime, low-life piece of shit this guy is, he isn't wrong....yet. So the statement bears weight.
It doesn't matter fundamentally as the company seems to have taken their brand to the next level. Vegas will be incredibly large. Sin city is probably the most impulsive city in the country and where better to put easy to buy impulse buys like energy wellness shots and a recovery aide? The revenue possibilities in Vegas alone are staggering.
Once the murky waters are cleared and HJOE does fix up the toxic mess, financially they'll catch up and finally put an and to their relentless rant.
