Having just finally finished reading the judge's decision, I am struck with how well it was written and how she carefully crafted it to dispose of each of Rosen's arguments and diminish the chance of any appeal being successful. The allowing of Rosen to file even a second amended complaint - to show the futility of allowing them to argue the case further - was brilliant

I can readily see how she needed the time she took to achieve a masterfully written decision. This could be a model of how companies can deal with Rosen's crappy complaints
