there is no point in paying for an IR firm that is NOT there to attract and retain investors. if they or the company do not understand the basic tenet of IR responsibilities and functions - we have bigger issues. Now - while that may be the stated role - the overall intent is to inform exsiting shareholders to keep them invested and have the success/information radiate from there. period. if not - there is no point in spending the money. put a low level admin person on staff.
I am more comfortable with what IR stated as their purpose. I want honesty from them. I have faith in this company, but if I thought that their purpose was not to report the honest facts and instead to pump I would question their integrity. If this stock is as good as I think it is then it should be able to attract and retain investors on pure honesty alone and not pumping. Pumping, much of the time, becomes exaggeration which leads to lies and disappointments. I was burned badly recently by believing lies from the IR department of another company. This makes me cautious when it comes to believing what any company's IR department says in the OTC market. I really thought that TPAC was above this tactic. Let's not try to bring them down to the level of so many other OTC stocks. I believe we have a winner here that is hard to find in OTC. TPAC can make it on honesty. When investors see the honesty of TPAC that alone will drive the price up in time. TPAC does not need to look for investors that are gullible and newbies. TPAC is a real investment for real investors. Let's keep it that way.
