If I heard right and correct me if I'm wrong but I think Leo said the only reason it's called a 1b/2 ovarian trial is because of the very toxic properties of the drug they are combining kevetrin with for this trial. I also heard him say it's a phase 2 trial. I guess it essentially is but they need the 1b because of the toxic nature of the chemo drug they are pairing with.
