i posted on this separately but it serves their entity or their company no good to be defensive when legitimate concerns are brought up. per my last posts - these are real issues from real, long term, vested shareholders. the constant ambiguity and sidestepping is NOT helping investors or the share price.
all the other questions aside - they failed to address the most pressing question and sidestepped to Bill: why no PR on a $135MM deal which would be considered major for even Fortune 100 companies let alone fledgling start ups. that should be a game changer for the company/investors. not putting out a PR about a company altering agreement doesnt ring true to me.
again - this is certainly open for debate/discussion. that is the point of these message board forums to debate/discuss.
