This , ' COULD' be an executive error here, but, here goes. I am NOT , an attorney, but, from what little I do know, one has nothing to do with the other. Both can and should be litigated to the fullest, in my view, but then, I feel / felt that Bill should have burned H/C's ass on the grill for the shit they pulled on him. But, for the sake of the company he let that shit go.
Someone more knowledgeable with Canadian law would be welcome here to answer that very good question. JMO of course. GLTA
