HJF, I can't speak for Locke, but I think what he

Of course, I believe I am informed enough to understand why HJOE cannot file at the current time, and that is because of the toxicity involved, the court case, and dilution and death spiral concerns, but I also understand the common investor and their different personas. Some get in for a quick flip and when they're caught they become bag holders and will do nothing but complain. Others like myself will wait it out multiple years for a start-up to get off the ground and I'll give them the opportunity to succeed. If I win, great, if I lose, that was my risk. Others are in for the wave with very little understanding or due diligence behind them and will bitch and moan all the way to the bank or all the way down. Still others, like our IHUB trash have either gotten screwed because of their own poor decision making or are looking to destroy us and the company for their own gain.
Most of the guys here are solid supporters and long, longs like myself. Some though, are still leery, because words after all, are just words so they'll express their concerns on occasion.
Im not stating this in support of any other posters opinions, because I have my own suspicions of who really owns shares on this board and who are imposters from the other team, but I do understand the questions being posed from the less informed.
