I was peeping through the 2837 pages of documents and in addition to being a LIAR, the Fat Bastard appears to lack understanding of how the permitting process works.
Kyle was wanting a meeting in March about a permit he hadn't even applied for?
Lord he's got some SEC filings to amend.
