Recently posted on HangOut...The Board....I would certainly Strongly Suggest a Conference Call...Probably Post 10q.....If 10q is ready.....Post it...
i am disappointed in the new IR strategy. they continue to give some rather vague responses or misdirects to some rather basic questions. they were quick to pat themselves on the back and defend their performance when the price moved to low 20s. they should be equally quick to take the blame for the fall.
what is the rationale for NOT putting out a PR for a $135MM SLA if it is "set in stone" as IR is alluding to. this is a BFD for any size company let alone a fledgling start up. prior guidance by IR was no PRs with awards under $250K. so - why would this NOT warrant a specific PR to promote the company/stock beyond this message board/OTC sites?
why is it so difficult to provide specific and straightforward guidance for 2016 year end? too much double speak, platitudes, and light at the end of the tunnel BS. is this an IR thing, Bill thing, or both? even if the guidance has a rather large spread and variance - put it in writing and put some conviction to it. i invested based on the business plan and meeting early milestones and making progress on the rest. it shouldn't take 90 days to provide basic guidance. be conservative but specific and then adjust up accordingly.
how is IR compensated/who are they? again - this still has not been answered. are they being paid with shares? cash? options? are they employees or contract? investors? are they based in US or in China? why cant this be answered straightforward?
address the share count - AS and OS. many us of added based on decreasing OS per Bill and then it goes back up. Bill specifically pointed out one error but that does not account for another 500MM + swing upwards.
why cant the schedule another CC? i have asked this of IR and Bill directly.
some on here are saying "accumulate" but that is what many long term shareholders were doing in the 40s, 30s, 20s, and then high teens. i have dramatically increased my position from original 0.0003-0.0004 cost basis with 8 figure share count.
right now - i am not enthralled by the current lack of answers to some basic questions that Bill directly and passionately addressed on last CC. there is nothing definitive with the $135MM SLA announced and those revenues are significantly moved out into the future (see above on PR). unfortunately, there is no reason to "buy big" here when there is obviously someone dumping/converting shares continuously through VNDM or a shitonne of manipulation going on. Either way - it needs to be addressed much more vehemently than it was in the one tweet. unfortunately - we ARE on the OTC and it requires the CEO to act/react to certain stock price trends differently than if we were on the big boards.
i am just now looking at price action today. CDEL has 2.2MM shares at $0.0017 which could just be the two tick flipper from the large $0.15 purchase last week. 12-15MM shares were taken at $0.0017 off the BID yesterday. how many shares is VNDM unloading and where are they coming from...? this isnt just retail.
IR needs to get in front of this resolutely if they want to establish real credibility and drive the company forward. MRVB is NOT a driving force for investors. while that may provide future stability - it is NOT the reason we are investing long term.
get back to the business strategy/plan basics. confirm when guidance will occur (end of original 90 days?). tell the broad market about the meat and potatoes behind the $135MM SLA.
if this doesnt start happening - this could see trips quick. while there is a lot of talk about long term on this board - my guess there are precious few who are willing to wait 1-2 years and will bail before they go into the red on manipulative trading. too many bad actors on the OTC to believe in the "trust us" mantra. Reagan adage applies - trust buy verify. IR is falling short on the verify part right now.
