That was just the person selling through VNDM deciding to take .01575 for their 10 million shares, VDNM sold them for .0016 just before. They had been sitting at .0019 for the past couple of days, and must have decided to just take what they could get.
Another normal ex-clearing sale.
Now VNDM best offer is back at .0021. Same sell order there that's been there for weeks.
