First of all I read this agreement AND
ROGER SMITH HAS NO AUTHORITY Over anything any longer. There is a new sheriff in town. Kyle and him have met several times and things are moving forward with pending permits.
AS HE STATED IN DEPOSITION SFRX HAS ITS FINANCIALS IN ORDER.
AS MARY STATED WE HAVE PERMITS NOW AND PERMITS PENDING.
I understand that you are desperately trying to defend V______.... HOWEVER
THIS BOARD IS NOT A COURT ROOM
WE ARE NOT THE JURY
THE JUDGE IS NOT PRESENT
SOOOOO WHO CARES? NONE of this are revelvant! Why because who is asking for these things?

perhaps you should ask your twice barred attorney for some suggestions on how to advance your case? because complaining and whining on a message board is going to do nothing to defend that POS defendant.
