How else would you explain on 3 different occasion

But think about it.... Starting with the first audit 8K. If Levy has first hand knowledge of the pace to completion, then why was 71 days included if financials weren't released in that time.... Keeping in mind he has first hand knowledge to how the pace of filings is going.
Then the March PR... Again, having first hand knowledge of how the pace of the filings is going, why was "finalizing financials" included if nothing would be released soon after....Keeping in mind he has first hand knowledge to how the pace of filings is going.
Then the May PR that stated 2 weeks...which is now over a month... Again, having first hand knowledge of how the pace of the filings is going, why was "2 weeks" included if nothing would be released soon after....Keeping in mind he has first hand knowledge to the whole process.
All I'm saying is... They know when filings are "truly" upon completion. But sometimes under the pressure of investors they make a statement that they are soon to be released and they do not get release... That is because they won't come until for a while, which they know is not what investors want to hear. But there's not much they can do as they have so many filings to complete and are likely going as fast as they can.
So if anyone ask for an update... They will likely say soon to keep you happy knowing it won't be until much later.
Investors Just have to get comfortable with financials coming much later as nothing can make them come any sooner. I'm ok with that.
Just my opinion.
