I remember something similar about a real estate tycoon named Carlton Sheets that offered a at home course to learn how to make it big in the real estate market by buying and selling homes.
Some people that paid for the course succeeded and some didn't. You didn't here about them whining and crying that they wanted their money back. Now a days it's a sue or be sued world. People will sue you at the drop of a hat. Bunch of whiney little babies.
