The new SA article is a genius example of soft bashing with an agenda. It provides an opportunity for the bashers to pile in for comments (like the one saying "why would you invest in a company with a 50/50 chance of having to defend a lawsuit" -- an utter lie, the chance that the lawsuit will proceed is in my opinion minimal and is certainly much, much less than 50%). The article also bashes by saying "so what if management has funding, it will need cash to fund trials and will be forced to sell stock at a lowball price." They have absolutely NO basis to say that. Just because other companies had problems with the FDA wanting more studies absolutely does NOT mean that CTIX will run into the same thing. To claim that it will, and that CTIX will be forced to sell stock, is a dead lie.
The cries for a partnership at any price have been something that we've heard for at least TWO YEARS from the bashers at other sites. This is more of the same, much more skillfully presented.
And does that "Hey Leo" stuff sound familiar to anyone? Yep, the author is either one of the lieHUB bashers who posts under several names with the "Hey Leo" stuff, or else it's someone who has read lieHUB so much that it's become part of his/her way of expression.
It seems clearer than ever that some Big Pharma wants a partnership. And they want it cheap.
