Considering the content of the Shareholder letter.....I can see no reason for keeping the building in Lakeshore, or, for that matter, to force Lakeshore to abide by their zoning regulations at the time this first began.
Obviously, Bill is simply trying to get his money back, pay the bills and make the company and shareholders whole again.
That money would also finance any new, or, ongoing concerns that he has in the works at the moment, or in the near term future.
I for one hate the fact that he has given up so much on his part for the libel issues with H/C...but, it is what it is. That is definitely his choice, and to sit and continually fight legal issues , opposed to moving forward would be rather an oxymoron I suppose.
So, ladies and gentlemen .....ONWARD AND FORWARD. GLTA
