As a business we can not reveal direct timelines or dates to have features implemented or brought to production.
Closed captioning is still on our list of things to do and I have put some time in researching and testing the system, but I don't know if it will be completed this year, or a year in the future.
If you would like a refund of your rentals we can do that for you, as you 'won't watch another movie without it' and we have no date of completion for this feature.
