Ok, we can have a conversation on the , 'old rules', which I totally agree would have to have been viewed when looking at the merits of the case. My whole point is that it wasn't the , 'rules' , that kept us from a license. It was the people in charge of the , 'implementation' , of those rules. Hell, we PASSED the inspections, so, the ONLY reason that could have been looked at was the negative reporting by our friend Mr. Robinson, and others who got paid by someone to do that. The players in H/C were an active participant in that mess.
So, that said, yes , I do agree the new H/C will be easier simply because of the spotlight that will be on HOW they do things as well as the limitations on 'personal' judgment which the old H/C choose to use opposed to the laws and guidelines. H/C failed us because of the people, not the rules.
Ha, where we go from here is the 15 million dollar question for sure.
