I still own shares here.. admittedly because there is no bid or volume to speak of.. my gtc was just cancelled again on my today. Thought about renewing it but at this point it is pointless. That said I dont think a company can be sold during an sec investigation. If it can my opinion is that only a fool would buy one in the middle of an investigation.
