Yorbeau Resources Inc. (TSX: YRB.A) (the "Company" is pleased to announce that the Company has closed a non-brokered private placement financing of $500,000 representing the first tranche of an equity financing of up to $750,000. Under this first tranche, the Company issued a total of 7,142,859 units at a price of $0.07 per unit for gross proceeds of $500,000. Each unit consists of one common share of the Company (a "Common Share" and one half of one common share purchase warrant.
