Kilo or Phil may have a better feel than me for the brokerage. I am under the assumption that the PPM would come first to assist in purchasing one. He spent a few minutes talking about his vision of the brokerage in the big picture.

Of course he is very limited in what he can say, but I wouldn't be surprised with anything that came next. I do believe as Kilo does that he is sincere and on this thing.
