GC is aware, to some limited degree that I exist, JP has no idea who I am.
That said, Burned Twice gave 5 salient points for GC to be a viable company.
The problem is that GC has secured some positive chunks of each of the 5 points. Problem is there is no cohesion into a company that is beyond interesting or very plausible.
Bureau Veritas, Intertek and other big test labs are expensive and most often intrusive.
I might recommend someone putting a bug in GC's ear similar to HARC in Texas. Their test unit says.....
"Diesel Engine Testing Facility"
"Advanced engine control strategies and after-treatment control strategies are being developed to meet stringent emissions regulations for large diesel engines. HARC's heavy duty diesel testing lab is used to evaluate the best emissions control technologies for diesel engines used in transportation and stationary applications. Other activities for this lab include engine retrofits and in-field testing of emissions from diesel and natural gas engines."
"The Diesel Engine Testing Facility is managed by Dr. Yiqun Huang, Senior Research Scientist and Program Director of Engine and Emissions Control. The lab is capable of providing services to industry as well as other interested organizations."

These folks might gladly jump all over the CSRV and help find grants that would secure testing providing real credibility.
