Not sure Cherry's post will be allowed to stay up over "there." Thought I'd save it for posterity here, where factual statements and fact-based opinions are welcome.

Simply stated those items you mentioned are all your opinions because they do not satisfy LR's investigative like approach to every word written in a PR. You're an educated man and you rarely listen to the advice of others so why not do some more digging and find those answers out yourself. You merely raise these issues to create doubt on this board. You do it over and over again. You play coy with your questions but it's a just a game to you. I believe most investors are optimistic and hopeful that the results may in fact be better than statistically stated. And I don't believe that the management of CTIX would even allow Leo to mention that if in fact there wasn't some irrefutable evidence of non-compliance. These are professionals with decades of experience, surely more than retail investors like you and myself. And in due time with further trials we will know that answer. It's real simple, you believe and hold or you have doubts and sell. Wait people have to own to sell right?!? Otay buckwheat?
