So what did we learn from my last three posts?

Per Florida statues, Kyle certified several SEC filings that contained false and misleading statements concerning the permit. The following is false and was certified by Kyle.
On July 28, 2014 the Company’s partnership with Marine Archeological Partners, LLC, Seafarer’s Quest, LLC received a 1A-31 Recovery Permit (the “Permit”) from the Florida Division of Historical Resources for an area identified off of Cape Canaveral, Florida. The Permit is active for three years from the date of issuance.

Also, if one the company's archaeologist (even Sinclair) found gold coins, real or even the chocolate candy ones that looks like gold coins on a permitted site, the FBAR has to know about it, in daily, interim and/or final reports. So if we believe the poster who claims another archaeologists found the gold coins at the current site as the company said in court filings that one did, and who wouldn't believe that poster even though he hasn't named the other archaeologists or provided any proof other than an "alleged" conversation, then it must be reported to the FBAR.
And, the permit has to mention under which condition BLOWERS can be used. Yeah........it really has to say it.
More class later.
