Beaz, thanks for being pro-active. Could you possibly see if any of the promised new management people have been hired or about to step in at San Jose? Even any rumors or hints regarding a new CEO or a replacement for Aaron Taylor would be helpful.
Once these two positions have been filled IMO the SP will sky rocket to .02 -.03 in short order as this will lead to more open communication to SH's, greater SH confidence and a major UF marketing campaign led by the new marketing director.
