I think there's one thing they didn't understand, though, and that is that between the top two CTIX executives, Menon and Ehrlich, and then some other big shareholders, it is extremely unlikely that they would be able to buy the whole company at these levels. Over 34% held by insiders according to this (scroll down and look in the right-hand column to find the figure)

So with that 44.18 million shares, it would take just 19.6 million shares in the hands of shareholders to control just over 50% of the stock, so that we could defeat a buyout proposal. I bet those of us on this board have close to 19.6 million between us. Some years ago someone set up an anonymous survey where people could enter their share totals, and it added up to much more than 19.6 million.
