Doesn't matter who says it, doesn't matter if you like it or not.
it is an enshrined principle in our legal system that people are innocent until charged, tried and found guilty.
Not surprising how easily conservatives want to abandon that principle, when they're after a political opponent.
It's not smart, seeing how often 'your own' will surely need 'protection'.
