The delay was well-explained in the blog...Library Valuation came in much higher than expected. Although a good problem to have, management felt it's not accurate. So it's being adjusted to reflect reality before it is input into the audits and the Form 10 can be filed.

All in good time...


Library alone is worth over 3.5 cents/share here...how much is the REST of this booming business worth???
